You know, we've been in Hawaii nearly a week and have yet to truly hit the beach?!? Total shame. So, we did. Originally, the kids were going to stay with the grandparents while the three couples summited Mauna Kea (tallest mountain in the world from the base to summit), but after spending a day in high winds and stormy rain, we felt as if we need to hang with the kids on the beach. And, I'm so glad that we did. Such a fun and relaxing day.
Part of the day included the kids experiencing snorkeling for the first time.
We saw a turtle!
